Erlene grew up in Williams Bay WI and graduated from Williams Bay High School. Shortly thereafter she started her career in banking. The skills she acquired in that position later helped her transition seamlessly into the world of real estate.

She has always enjoyed looking at houses and different styles of homes. When Erlene's friend started flipping houses for a living, She assisted him with choosing colors and finishes to create buyer friendly homes. She quickly discovered that helping clients realize their dream of homeownership was more than a career; it became a passion.

For over a year she has  been helping clients purchase and sell real estate in Southeastern Wisconsin.  Wisconsin's beautiful scenic towns, fresh food-to-table experience, and overall warm "hometown" feel wherever you go, are some of the many reasons she loves living here.

She is passionate about helping others either set their roots in this amazing state or by assisting them in all other real estate transactions. Sharing her client's excitement in this major life event is what drives her! She starts off all of her appointments with relevant questions and pays close attention to what her clients envision. She takes their needs personally and make it my priority to do her best for each and every one of them. It is crucial to for her to build a trusting relationship with everyone she works with to ensure that there is no confusion during the process. Providing clear guidance and maintaining

transparent expectations is how she handles every deal.

It is important to her that she always act with integrity by putting forth the best interest of her clients and being their advocate in a very important step in their lives. she owes her success mainly to happy clients who come back to do more work with her and refer her to friends and family by sharing their personal experience.
