Really spectacular with some great added amenities. All new (new with remodel in 2022) Bath and Kitchen down to stud remodel, new electric including circuit breakers, switches, receptacles (including very high end USB-C outlets) and lighting, new bathroom tub, walls and (by special request from owner) extra bathroom outlets. New windows, new kitchen flooring, new kitchen cabinets with new appliances. This is what is above and beyond, we extended a wall in the kitchen to create a computer desk (no other unit has that). We've seen enough units to know we'd rather look at foliage out the new windows than a parking lot. Sliding door on closet. We know the competition, we also know this unit is well above and beyond.
